🏀 Mens Basketball Signups

⚙ One-time setup needed

This dashboard pulls from the BasketballSignups SharePoint list on the IT Ministry site. No signups have landed there yet. Set up a Power Automate flow so new MS Forms responses flow in automatically.

1. Open make.powerautomate.com and sign in as the form owner.
2. Click Create → Automated cloud flow
3. Trigger: "When a new response is submitted" (Microsoft Forms) · pick Mens Basketball Registration
4. Add action: "Get response details" (Microsoft Forms) · pass the response ID from the trigger
5. Add action: "Create item" (SharePoint) · site IT.Ministry · list BasketballSignups · map each form field to the matching list column (First Name → FirstName, etc.)
6. Save the flow. Submit a test response — a row should appear here within ~30 seconds.

If column names don't line up, use the SharePoint list's Settings → add custom columns to match your form fields. The dashboard here auto-adapts to new columns.
